When you play the video content AVNOR sends you to the actual content providers’ website. In most cases AVNOR focus in on the video player itself and zooms in to create a “full screen” view of the content. AVNOR does not host or download any content. [/toggle]
[toggle title=”Why does some content take so long to play or not play at all?”]When playing content AVNOR view the content from the channel website. If that site is overloaded or has problems with the AD server or any other issues than you will see a delay in the viewing of this content.[/toggle]
[toggle title=”Why are there commercials during the videos?”]AVNOR does not add or take out any commercials. Commercials are served up by the content provider themselves.[/toggle]
[toggle title=”Why can I not Fast Forward and SKIP the commercials?”]If the content providers (channels) do not allow you to Fast Forward through commercials then so be it – AVNOR simply plays the content that is from their website and does not change it in any way.[/toggle]
[toggle title=”Why can I not play content from a USA channel when I am in Canada or the UK?”]This is called GeoFencing and channels are obligated to serve their content to residents only in their country. AVNOR does not currently have a solution allowing you to view some content outside your country.[/toggle]
